Cancellation policy

If you cancel 5 days or less before your arrival, unfortunately we won't be able to offer any refund.

For bookings of 3 or more rooms on the same date, we kindly ask for a 25% deposit of the total cost at the time of booking. To receive a full refund of your deposit, please let us know at least 15 days before your arrival
